The Cross-Platform IA-32 Emulator. Bochs is a highly portable open source IA-32 (x86) PC emulator written in C++, that runs on most popular platforms. It includes emulation of the Intel x86 CPU, common I/O devices, and a custom BIOS. Currently, Bochs can be compiled to emulate a 386, 486, Pentium, Pentium Pro or AMD64 CPU, including optional MMX, SSE, SSE2 and 3DNow! instructions.

BFI builds FAT floppy images. It was designed to be used on bootable CD-Roms, but it can also be used to create floppy images for other purposes. The floppy sizes supported are: 720KB, 1.44MB, 2.88MB, 1.2MB, DMF2048, DMF1024, 1.68MB, 160KB, 180KB, 320KB, 360KB.
